Pre-launch flag for the site owner. This policy is a starting draft. Read it line by line and confirm every statement matches what HW Tree Service actually does before this site goes live, then delete this flag.

This policy explains what HW Tree Service LLC does with the information you send through this website. Plain version: we use it to quote and do your tree work, and we do not sell it.
What we collect
We only collect what you type into the quote request form on the contact page:
- Your name
- Your phone number
- Your email address, if you choose to give one
- The town or area where the property is
- What you tell us about the tree
If you call us instead, we have your phone number and whatever you tell us on the call. We do not ask for and do not want your Social Security number, bank details, or card numbers through this website.
What we do with it
We use it to contact you about your request, quote the job, schedule the work, and follow up afterward. That is the whole list. We do not sell, rent, or trade your information, and we do not send marketing email to people who only asked for a quote.
Who else sees it
Quote requests are delivered by Web3Forms, a form-delivery service, which passes the message to our inbox. This website is hosted by Vercel, which keeps standard server logs. Neither one uses your information for their own marketing.
We may share information when the law requires it, or when it is necessary to establish or defend a legal claim.
Cookies and tracking
This website sets no cookies and runs no analytics, advertising pixels, or third-party tracking scripts. Fonts are served from this site, not from an outside font service. There is nothing here that follows you to another website.
How long we keep it
We keep quote requests as long as we need them for the job and for our normal business records. If you want your information deleted, call us and ask.
Your choices
You can ask us what we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Call (706) 968-8951. Georgia does not currently have a general consumer privacy statute, but we will honor these requests regardless of where you live.
Children
This website is meant for adults arranging tree work on a property. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has sent us information, call us and we will delete it.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS, and form submissions are encrypted in transit. No website can promise perfect security, and we will not pretend otherwise.
Changes
If this policy changes, the updated date at the top of this page changes with it.
