These terms cover your use of this website. They are not the agreement for tree work. Any actual job is covered by a separate written estimate and agreement between you and HW Tree Service LLC.
Using this site
You are welcome to read this website, use the phone links, and send a quote request. Do not use it to break the law, to attack or overload the site, to scrape it wholesale, or to submit someone else's information as if it were your own.
Quotes and estimates
Nothing on this website is a price quote or a binding offer. Prices depend on the tree, the access, the equipment needed, and the risk, and none of that can be established without seeing the property. A quote is binding only when HW Tree Service gives it to you in writing for your specific job, and it may be revised if conditions turn out to be different from what was described.
Submitting a request
Sending a quote request does not create a contract and does not book a date. It starts a conversation. Work is scheduled only when both sides have agreed on scope and price.
Emergencies
Do not use the web form to report an emergency. If a tree is on a structure, across a road, or into a power line, call (706) 968-8951. If there is an immediate danger to a person, or a downed power line, call 911 and your utility first.
Accuracy of the site
We keep the information here current and correct as best we can, but we do not warrant that everything on the site is complete or error free, and descriptions of our work are general rather than a promise about your specific tree.
Not professional advice
Descriptions of tree work on this site are general information, not an arborist's assessment of your tree. Do not rely on this website to decide whether a tree on your property is safe. Have it looked at.
Intellectual property
The text, photographs, layout, and code of this site belong to HW Tree Service LLC or are used with permission. Do not copy or republish them without written permission.
